Extended check-out during Peak Period :

• Up to 6pm – 50% of published rate imposed
• After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the our bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES

• Less than 8 days from check-in date chargeable at 50% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
• Less than 4 days from check-in date chargeable at 100% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
• NO SHOW – 100% of the total rooms and package charges.
